Wisdom of King Solomon

I took this picture on a plane, from Haiti to Cuba back in 2018 with an iPhone 8+. 

Wisdom. in 1 King 3:9 in the Bible, King Solomon is praying to God asking him for wisdom so he can serve him well by ruling the people rightfully. And so far, this is one of the most beautiful verse I've read in the Bible.

I do not identify myself as a "Christian" for religions. I'm not trying to label my faith either. But I do believe in stories, even though most of them are full of lies. But with this bible verse, true or not, it is inspiring to me. 

I think if we go further to what we read we will understand most of the books/ stories are meant to teach a lesson. We should just learn the lesson and be better.

What if all of us could pray like King Solomon in this prayer: when God asked him what he wanted from him, instead of asking for more land or more power he asked for more wisdom. this is POWERFUL.

Let's spend some time in the Present Learning from the stories of the Past so we can do better choices in the Future..
